By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Debo Does It LLC provides handyman, HVAC, appliance repair, mechanical, maintenance, and related services throughout Oklahoma.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements.

Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Additional repairs, materials, or labor discovered during service may result in revised pricing. Customers will be notified before any additional work is performed.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• Disclose any known hazards or issues.
• Ensure utilities are available when required for service.

Debo Does It LLC reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe.

Warranty Disclaimer

Debo Does It LLC warrants workmanship for a reasonable period following service completion.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Customer misuse or neglect
• Pre-existing conditions
• Manufacturer defects
• Damage caused by third parties

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

Debo Does It LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Appointment Cancellations

Debo Does It LLC reserves time, labor, and resources for each scheduled service appointment.

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable advance notice. Cancellations made after work has been scheduled, materials have been ordered, or resources have been allocated may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to provide reasonable notice of cancellation, repeated cancellations, no-show appointments, or cancellation after acceptance of a written estimate may result in a fee equal to 50% of the approved estimate amount. This fee is intended to compensate for lost scheduling opportunities, administrative costs, and resources reserved for the project.

By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or authorizing work to begin, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
